Oh, the Oryx. The IKEA flat-pack of precision chassis — assembles in an afternoon, looks great in photos, and wobbles slightly when you think too hard about it. You've got a threaded barrel with absolutely nothing on it, like a sentence that trails off. No bipod on a 26-inch heavy barrel build is just performance art — what are you stabilizing this on, your disappointment? And that factory trigger is doing its best, bless its heart, but 'its best' is a mushy 6-pound surprise. The OD green is clean though. We'll give you that.
